Jason attended the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 2015, Jason earned his law degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, as part of the graduate research fellowship.
After law school, Jason returned to Colorado and was admitted to the Colorado State Bar in 2015. He began practicing as a Deputy District Attorney for the seven counties that make up the 13th Judicial District in 2016. Following this Jason then proudly served as a prosecutor for El Paso county until 2019. Jason has prosecuted and tried a wide range of criminal cases, including traffic, domestic violence, sexual assault, and white-collar cases.
He is excited and grateful to be a part of the excellent team at Brighter Day℠ Law and looks forward to applying his skills in the courtroom to help serve the needs of families during difficult transitions.
