Nick Donaldson is a Senior Paralegal at Brighter Day Law. In his role, he is very passionate about helping clients move swiftly and easily through the procedural aspects of family law matters and enjoys his work. Nick obtained his degree in Paralegal Studies from Pikes Peak Community College and is presently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at Regis Jesuit University.
While pursuing his Paralegal Degree, Nick participated in becoming a mediator for the state of Colorado, obtained his Notary Public, and became certified as a Paralegal through an American Bar Association Accredited program all while graduating with high honors and as a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
During the summer, he interned at a local family law practice in Colorado Springs as a Legal Assistant and in the last 7 years has become incredibly dept in Domestic Relations, Estate Planning, and Probate.
Nick has a passion for the legal realm. Family law is something that has personally affected his life and he knows how important it is to have a kind, caring and compassionate team to support clients during some of the toughest times of their lives.
As a 32 year resident of Colorado Springs, Nick enjoys spending his free time at the gym or outdoors with his partner and his dog, Oliver.
