With a diverse background in military service, legal support, and human resources, Alex brings a disciplined, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to his role as a paralegal. His journey into the legal profession began with his service in the United States Army, where he developed the foundational skills that continue to guide his work today—integrity, precision, and a commitment to service.

Following his military career, He pursued a degree in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University. This academic foundation deepened his understanding of organizational dynamics and employment law, and sharpened his ability to manage complex documentation, navigate sensitive personnel matters, and communicate effectively within fast-paced environments. His HR background has proven invaluable in legal settings, especially in cases involving employment disputes, compliance, and litigation support.

Professionally, he has had the privilege of working with several respected Colorado law firms, each of which has shaped his experience and strengthened his skillset. At Burnham Law, he supported attorneys in a high-volume, client-focused environment, assisting with family law matters and court filings. This role enhanced his ability to multitask and work under pressure, while maintaining a compassionate approach with clients navigating emotionally difficult situations.

From there, he transitioned to Moller Law Group, where he expanded his knowledge in family law and estate planning. He was responsible for preparing legal documents, managing discovery, and ensuring deadlines were met with precision and care. At Cooper Ramp Cage Bucar Lewis, LLC, he continued to refine my paralegal expertise, working closely with attorneys. His responsibilities included legal research, trial preparation, and drafting pleadings, all of which required an acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Throughout his legal career, he has found fulfillment in being a reliable resource to attorneys and clients alike. He takes pride in being the person behind the scenes who ensures that every piece of the legal process is handled efficiently and accurately. Whether it’s coordinating with court staff, managing case files, or researching legal precedents, he brings a steady and proactive presence to the legal team.

Outside of work, he values balance and connection. He enjoys spending time in nature—fishing, hiking, and exploring Colorado’s scenic trails are among his favorite ways to recharge. He lives with his fiancée, Jordan, and their two dogs, who keep life fun and grounded. Whether they’re enjoying a weekend getaway or a quiet night in, he believes that relationships and recreation are just as important to personal growth as professional achievement.
