Family Law Attorney
Rodolfo “Rudy” Reveles is a seasoned litigator with over three decades of legal experience. He joined the team at Brighter Day Law in September 2025, bringing with him a reputation for strategic advocacy and principled leadership.
Mr. Reveles’ path to the legal profession was built on a foundation of technical discipline. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Following graduation, he worked for IBM, where he developed the analytical precision that would later define his legal practice.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Boulder in the fall of 1991 and passed the Bar that same year. During law school, Rudy demonstrated an early passion for justice, working for the University’s Public Defender Pro Bono Program and gaining corporate experience as a paid summer intern for the prominent Denver firm, Faegre & Benson.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Reveles dedicated approximately ten years to the Colorado Public Defender’s Office. His tenure in public service was marked by extensive courtroom experience; he eventually rose to serve as the Office Head of the Trinidad Regional Office. In this role, he managed complex caseloads and learned to navigate high-stakes litigation effectively.
Since 2000, Rudy has been in private practice with a specific emphasis on Family Law and Criminal Law. He draws upon his engineering background to dismantle complex financial data in divorce cases and to construct logical, impenetrable defenses in criminal matters.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Rudy enjoys working with his hands and spending time in nature. He is an avid woodworker and loves hiking in the mountains with his wife and their beloved dogs.
