Stephanie L. Bourn was born in Minnesota and relocated to Colorado in 1988. She earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Paralegal Studies (4.0 GPA). She has been a Notary Public in the State of Colorado since 1994.
She has over 24 years of legal experience, during which she has served as principal paralegal supporting caseloads involving real estate transactions, probate actions, comprehensive estate planning, contracts/agreements, business formations/dissolutions, landlord/tenant issues (mechanic’s liens, civil lawsuits, and evictions), foreclosures, bankruptcies, personal injury, criminal defense, family law, eminent domain, conservatorships, and professional liability claims.
