Jonathan Hesser

Attorney

Jonathan was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to Tennessee at the age of 9. Moving around as a pastor’s kid within the state he’s lived in Chattanooga, Clinton, New Tazewell, Nashville, and Gallatin. A graduate of Belmont University, Jonathan has a bachelor’s in Mathematics, and he has worked as an audio engineering assistant and a software developer before deciding to go to law school.

Jonathan decided to pursue a law degree out of a desire to help people, something he felt his work lacked. He continued working as a developer while attending night school during which time both of his daughters were born. He eventually became a paralegal with Brighter Day Law while finishing his law degree. He graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2023 and was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 2023. He practices in Davidson County and all adjoining counties.

Since practicing law, Jonathan has found a passion for making the process as simple as possible for his clients. The legal process can be confusing, and he takes great pride in helping his clients understand what is going on throughout their matter.

Jonathan has experience in family law and probate matters and handles divorces, custody disagreements, personal injury claims, wills, and estates. He particularly enjoys working with numbers.

In his free time, Jonathan loves to spend time with his wife and his two little girls, especially outdoors. You can also probably find him out at the range, mowing the lawn, or tinkering in his hobby shop.
