Eric joined our team in July 2024 as a Client Engagement Specialist, bringing with him more than 14 years of extensive experience in management and customer service. Before making the transition into the legal field, Eric had already built a long, rewarding, and successful career in the automotive sales industry. In that field, he became well known and highly regarded for his strong leadership, his ability to build and maintain positive client relations, and his consistent track record of delivering measurable results through exceptional customer care and personal attention. Those many years of real-world experience taught Eric the importance of patience, the deep value of listening carefully to others, the significance of building trust, and the lasting impact of helping people feel supported and understood qualities that naturally carry over into the meaningful work he does with families today.
At the firm, Eric is often one of the very first points of contact for new clients who reach out for help. He fully understands that contacting a family law attorney can feel intimidating, overwhelming, and at times even deeply emotional. Because of this, his goal in every interaction is to create a safe, professional, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, valued, and cared for right from the very beginning of the process. Eric views his role as much more than simply intake—he sees himself as a supportive guide who walks alongside clients during a difficult time of transition. By doing so, he helps them take their first steps with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of calm reassurance.
Throughout his career, Eric has developed and maintained a strong reputation for being both approachable and dependable. He believes firmly in the importance of meeting people exactly where they are, recognizing that every client has their own unique story, challenges, and concerns. Whether someone is facing a divorce, a custody matter, or another complex family law issue, Eric provides steady reassurance that they do not have to face the process on their own. He remains committed to helping clients feel supported at every single step of the journey, ensuring they understand that our entire team is here to stand beside them and advocate for their needs.
Part of what makes Eric so effective and relatable in his role is the personal perspective and authenticity he brings to the table. Married for 15 years, he and his wife are currently raising two young sons, ages seven and four. His real-life experiences as both a husband and a father give him a meaningful and empathetic understanding of the wide range of emotions that families often experience during major life changes. While Eric always maintains professionalism in every client interaction, he also understands that sharing small glimpses of his own perspective as a parent and spouse can sometimes help a client feel more understood, more at ease, and less alone in their situation.
Outside of the firm, Eric values and prioritizes spending quality time with his family while making the most of all that Colorado’s great outdoors has to offer. He and his family love taking trips to the mountains, exploring activities that are fun, family-friendly, and accessible for their young children, such as alpine slides, simple trails, and easy hikes. Eric also enjoys sports and is a passionate fan of both college football and basketball. For him, sports represent far more than just a pastime—they serve as a way to connect with community, celebrate teamwork, and share moments of excitement and joy with friends and family members alike.
Above all, Eric’s work is guided by a simple yet powerful belief: people matter most. Whether in his career or in his personal life, he is dedicated to building relationships, offering genuine support, and helping others move forward with strength and confidence.
