Andrew Cook is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in business operations, specializing in law firm operations management for the past decade. His extensive background combines strategic leadership, process improvement, and client-centered service to drive exceptional results.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University and dual master’s degrees in human resources management and public administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a certificate in executive leadership for non-profits from Cornell University. His academic background equips him with both the strategic insight and practical expertise necessary for effective leadership and operational excellence.
A proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a retired U.S. Navy veteran, Andrew brings a unique blend of discipline, dedication, and people-focused leadership to every role he undertakes.
Andrew joined Brighter Day℠ Law because he was drawn to its mission of improving the legal experience for clients. An Ohio native, Andrew is married to his high school sweetheart. When he’s not optimizing business processes or improving client experiences, he enjoys delving into military history, traveling internationally, and choosing grapes over candy any day.
